These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the website and to the purchase of products and services provided by Margaret West trading as Connections with Spirit

By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. The information provided on this website is for general guidance only and may be updated or changed without notice. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, course materials, downloads and written content (collectively referred to as “Content”) is the intellectual property of Margaret West trading as Connections with Spirit, unless otherwise stated. This Content is protected under United Kingdom copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, transmit or use any material from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of this website or its Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

3. Trademarks

The name Connections with Spirit and Margaret West are trading names of the business. All other trademarks and logos appearing on this website are the property of the respective owners.

4.  Limitation of Liability

Connections with spirit, Margaret west and Emma King provide services and products with reasonable care and skill.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from the use of this website, products or services. All products are used at the purchaser’s own discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product is suitable for their individual circumstances. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Margaret West & Emma King shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, products or services.

5. Delivery

Margaret West will use reasonable care and skill to dispatch orders within the stated time frame. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address or phone number] to discuss the issue.

Returns and Cancellation 

 If you purchase physical goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Connections with Spirit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This right does NOT apply to custom -made or personalised items unless faulty.

Crystal Support boxes are intuitively selected and prepared specifically for the individual client. As such, they are considered personalised items and are non refundable unless faulty.

6. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely of your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information meet your specific requirements.

7. You fully understand that any payments or deposit/payments that you make for a workshop, course or product from this website is non refundable and non transferable, unless a product is faulty or required by law.  Connections with spirit is not obliged to refund course payments if you cancel or are unable to attend.  However, if you give us 4 weeks notice that you cannot attend, we will consider transferring your balance (minus the deposit) to another course of your choice. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. Connections with spirit retains the right to cancel or postpone advertised courses at any time with one weeks notice. All deposit/payments will be refunded.
